4. Intentional Listening – Play music that stirs your soul but doesn’t overwhelm your senses. Nature sounds, instrumentals, or spoken affirmations are great options.
5. Dream Recall + Tethering – If you had dreams in the night, write them down. They often hold messages. Then reconnect with your waking dreams—the ones you’ve been working on—and remind yourself that they are still yours.
